Terms and Conditions for Bidding via RMS-Wholesale/RMS Communications

1. A valid e-mail address must be provided for notification purposes.
2. All bidders must be pre-approved and will be required to sign in using a username and password to participate in our bidding process.
3. RMS Communications reserves the right to approve/disapprove any registration.
4. All approved bidders must provide full company details prior to participating in bids including:
1. Company Name
2. Company Contact
3. Company Phone
4. Company Ship-to Address
5. Bidders located in or shipping to Florida must provide a valid, signed 2008 Tax Exemption Certificate issued by the State of Florida.
5. Bidders may be removed and prevented from future participation at the discretion of RMS Communications.
6. RMS Communications reserves the right to accept/decline any bid by line item or in its entirety regardless of winning status.
7. Bidders may modify their bids anytime up to the time and date of closing.
8. RMS Communications may have more than one bid open at the same time.
9. RMS Communications will notify winning bidders within 24 hours of bid closing.
10. All bids are binding. Bidder must take any and all goods no matter how small or large their winning totals.
11. Payment must be made within 24 hours of winning notification via credit card or wire transfer. Non-paying bidders will be removed from the bidding process if multiple non-payment issues arise.
12. Bids not honored by winning bidders will be awarded to the next highest bidder or rolled over into future rounds of bidding.
13. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder(s). All shipping charges are in addition to the winning bid values.
14. All Sales are final. No refunds.

All listed goods for bidding have limited functionality guarantees.

1. Tested goods will be identified as goods with prefix "2B00 and/or 2A53"
1. Tested goods are handsets only, guaranteed to power-on, have visible signal strength, a working inner and outer LCD and a working camera, if applicable
2. No accessories, batteries, or chargers are available unless otherwise stated.
2. Failed/Repair Stock goods will be identified as goods with prefix "2S00" and/or "2A54"
1. Failed/Repair stock goods have had NO REPAIR ATTEMPTS made by RMS Communications.
2. Goods are handsets only with physical or electronic damage and/or failures.
3. No accessories, batteries, or chargers are available unless otherwise stated.
3. Untested goods will be identified as goods with prefix "2U00".
1. Goods are simply sorted by model.
2. No testing or sorting by condition has been performed in any way.
4. Various other goods will be available from time to time and will be marked and described in such a manner to identify product quality.
